Each person and relationship is unique and my approach varies with clients needs and goals. I have been using Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) with various relationships couples, co-parents, CNM, families, and individuals for several years. I am a Certified Synergetic Play Therapist and my approaches use research supported nervous system engagement and curiosity with all challenges.
